Images Gallery Co-operative invites artists to submit visual art (suitable for hanging) to our 2nd annual RavensHood: Art from the Corridor juried show. Applicants must work or live within the Ravenswood Corridor district (bounded by Bryn Mawr, Roscoe, Clark and Western) to be considered.

Who we are

Images Gallery is an independent artists' cooperative. We hold exhibitions, meetings, workshops and salons at our gallery space at 1823 W. Wilson. Our goals are to support the artistic endeavors of our members, create collaborative opportunities, generate massive wealth, fan the flames of fame, and make art.


Dates to know
  May 30 Entries Due (must be postmarked by 5/30/2008)
  June 21 Notification of acceptance
  July 19 Drop off work: 9am - 2pm or by prior arrangement only
  July 25 Opening Reception


What we need from you
  1. The completed entry form.
  2. Up to 6 images on CD in jpeg format
    • images should be close to 640x480 and 72 dpi
    • digital file names must include artist's last name and the entry number from completed form (for example: 1_smith_monalisa.jpg)
  3. A self-addressed stamped envelope if you need your materials returned to you
  4. $20 non-refundable entry fee
    • Check or money order made payable to Mark Hereld with "Images Treasurer - RavensHood fee" in memo field.
